I was the Pro/Engineer and Pro/PDM Mechanical CAD Help Desk support person. I analyzed user problems and system configurations on a daily basis. I also developed Intranet tools such as user groups, knowledge bases, license monitoring and metrics charts using web technology. I used CGI scripts and JAVA applets to display and graph data. As the primary Pro/PDM instructor, I conducted approximately 80 hours of classroom instruction for over 100 students during a 4 week period in July and August 1999.

In 1996, I developed an Intranet Design Data Management (DDM)

System using Netscape, Internet Information Server and Visual FoxPro. It required interfaces between FoxPro, CAD/CAE and Microsoft Office applications running in a UNIX, Windows 3.11 and Windows NT environment. I integrated MRP systems and CAD/CAE applications by working with mechanical engineers, design engineers and IS personnel.
